SigmaNex is designed as a sovereign, offline-first application. When running the software on your local hardware:
- We do not collect IP addresses.
- We do not process telemetry.
- We do not log chat history.
2. Website Data
When visiting sigmanex.net (this website), basic server-side logs may be retained for 72 hours
solely for DDoS mitigation. These logs are permanently purged thereafter.
3. Newsletter & Waitlist
If you voluntarily provide your email address for our waitlist, it is stored in an encrypted database
isolated from our development environment.
We use this solely to notify you of:
a) Alpha release availability.
b) Critical security patches.
We will never sell this list.
4. Transparency
This policy is not a legal shield—it is a technical guarantee. The source code for our telemetry-free kernel is open for audit by verified supporters.
